Mazin Qumsiyeh is a Professor at Bethlehem and Bir Zeit Universities, and Director of the Palestine Museum of Natural History and the Palestine Institute for Biodiversity and Sustainability, Bethlehem University (www.palestinenature.org). Professor Qumsiyeh is an activist and speaks and writes about ecology and human rights in Palestine.
