Pluto Press is hiring a rights manager to oversee and capitalise on its portfolio of intellectual property.
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, well organised, and target-focussed. You will have a minimum of two years experience managing and selling rights. You should be willing to travel, both to international book fairs and also to Pluto’s London office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for selling translation rights for Pluto’s leading list of radical non-fiction. They will also take charge of and expand Pluto’s Open Access publishing. In addition, they will oversee permissions and Pluto’s audiobook programme.
